Injury Prevention Question

Are you a strength coach, athletic trainer, or performance coach who wants new ways to prevent injuries while improving performance?  ACL tears, Hamstring Strains, Low Back Pain, and Ankle Sprains are just a few injuries that can be prevented with good training.  Do you have a burning question?  Ask us!!

Browse through the archived questions - you will likely find the answer you are looking for.

If you have an answer, feel free to post it in the comments section.

If you can't find an answer to your question, you can use the form below to ask your own question. For the best response, please provide as much background information about your injury as possible.

Please consider the following when submitting your question.
  • Questions will be answered once every day, excluding weekends - please allow 1-2 days for your question to be published and answered
  • It is not possible to tell you what kind of injury you have - questions like "I twisted my knee, what type of injury do I have" will be deleted.
  • Questions submitted in ALL CAPS will be deleted.
  • For the best answer, make sure to provide as much information as possible.
  • Answers are provided as an informational source, and should not be used in place of seeing a doctor or healthcare provider.
  • If you haven't yet sought medical advise from a doctor, please make that your first priority!
