The Stroops Plyo Tramp’s unique design provides you with a large sweet spot. With the Plyo Tramp you can perform low impact jogging, walking, balancing activities, or as a medicine ball bounceback device.

The Plyo Tramp comes in a variety of options and configurations.  The basic plyo tramp comes in either 3 foot diameter or 4 foot diameter tramps to fit a variety of training goals and space requirements.  It comes on a fully adjustable base for infinite height/angle adjustments.
