When we started working with our friends at Sports Injury Info to
create the Solutions
Series eBooks, we decided we needed a band as versatile and useful
as the material in the books. So, we went to work with our
friends at Stroops to design and create the MTS Solutions Band.
You won't find a more versatile and useful band on the market, and you

The Solutions Band is combines the best features of many bands
available. It starts with a 5 foot long Slastix™ band. The Slastix™
band is strong and durable and has a patented covering which prevents
nicks, cuts, and abrasions.
The ends can be used with the comfortable plastic handles for a variety
of strength exercises, or the handles can be removed to attach to a
hook, post, ankle, or wrist.
To top it off, there is a moveable loop which allows the middle of the
Slastix™ to be attached to a hook, door
knob, or to be closed in a door for a strong and solid fixation.
