Sports Injury Question

Whether you have questions about patella femoral syndrome, the ACL, an ankle sprain, shoulder pain, or low back pain, you are in the right place. This page of sports injury questions is dedicated to everything injury related with the athlete, parent, and sport coach in mind.

Browse through the archived questions - you will likely find the answer you are looking for.

If you have an answer, feel free to post it in the comments section.

If you can't find an answer to your question, you can use the form below to ask your own question. For the best response, please provide as much background information about your injury as possible.

Please consider the following when submitting your question.
  • Questions will be answered once every day, excluding weekends - please allow 1-2 days for your question to be published and answered
  • It is not possible to tell you what kind of injury you have - questions like "I twisted my knee, what type of injury do I have" will be deleted.
  • Questions submitted in ALL CAPS will be deleted.
  • For the best answer, make sure to provide as much information as possible.
  • Answers are provided as an informational source, and should not be used in place of seeing your doctor or healthcare provider.
  • If you haven't yet sought medical attention from your doctor, please make that your first priority!
