Actually, EXSpeed doesn't come with any equipment at all. EXSpeed is only training protocols to be used on a Woodway treadmill. Typically, people purchase either an ELG, PRO XL, or Desmo HP treadmill from Woodway. You can find more information on the units at http://www.woodway.com. Once you pick a treadmill, we can get the right set of protocols to use with the specific treadmill that you have based on it's speed and elevation capabilities.
